　　过去的2008年，是我们与广大客户共同进步、合作共赢的一年，是我们与新老朋友携手共进、增进友谊的一年，是公司开拓进取、稳健发展的一年。在全球经济不景气，尤其是下半年金融危机重创我国制造业的严峻形势下，公司凭借过硬的产品质量和可靠的企业信誉，以及社会各界的关心和支持，经受住了危机的冲击和考验，保证了企业的健康持续发展。2009年，公司将在原有全钢子午线轮胎产品的基础上，增上高性能半钢子午线轮胎项目，不断提高产品品质、拓展企业市场渠道，提升企业的综合竞争实力，与广大的用户、经销商、供应商、员工、股东、社会各界精诚合作、共同进步。

　　As the time passes the few remaining days of last year, the New Year is starting in an atmosphere of joyful and peaceful. At this beautiful moment of bidding farewell to the old and ushering in the new, I'm delighted to extend New Year greetings and sincere blessing to all the leadership, customers and the community on behalf of all staff for your long-term concern and support to our company. I wish you all lasting prosperity, and many future successes! I wish you all good health, and your family happiness!

　　For our company, the outgoing 2008 has been a very unusual and uncommon one. It is a year of common progress and pleasant cooperation for all of our clients, it is a year of unity and friendship for all of our friends, and it is also a year of forge ahead and steady development for our company. Under the grim circumstance of economic recession, especially under the impact of financial crisis in the second half of the year, the company stood the test of crisis with excellent product quality, reliable corporate reputation as well as community’s care and support, ensuring the healthy and continuous development.

　　In 2009, the company will expand the size of enterprise for further, adding high-performance PCR products on the basis of the original all-steel radial tire products. Through continuously improving product quality and expanding market channels to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness, and to share the sincere cooperation and great progress with the vast number of clients, dealers, suppliers, employees, shareholders and the community.
